Del. Court Adopts Recommendation to Award Summary Judgment to Crane Co., Warren Pumps in Asbestos Case

WILMINGTON, Del. –– A Delaware federal court has adopted a report and recommendation awarding summary judgment to Warren Pumps LLC and Crane Co. on certain asbestos claims, concluding that the magistrate judge did not err when reaching the decision that the defendants were entitled to such judgment in his “well-written and carefully crafted opinion.”
