Endurance Fires Back Against Chubb, Alleges Tortious Interference with Contract

NEWARK, N.J — In response to Chubb INA Holdings Inc.’s claims of trade secret misappropriation, Endurance Assurance Corp. and Endurance Services Ltd. have asserted counterclaims accusing Chubb of tortiously interfering with their contractual relationship with one of Chubb’s competitors.

In a Feb. 21 answer and counterclaims filed in the U.S. District Court, Endurance says Chubb has also imposed vague anticompetitive non-solicitation provisions on Chubb employees and seeks to enforce those provisions aggressively through litigation.
