N.Y. Court Affirms Order Tossing $11 Million Asbestos Verdict; Says Plaintiff Experts Didn’t Quantify Exposure Levels

NEW YORK –– A New York appellate court has affirmed an order vacating an $11 million asbestos verdict, ruling that while the plaintiffs’ experts testified as to the increased risk and association between asbestos and mesothelioma, they did not quantify the decedent’s exposure levels as required under Parker.
