D.C. Court Amends Scheduling Order in Talcum Powder Case; Trial Still Slated for July




WASHINGTON, D.C. –– A Washington, D.C. court overseeing a talcum powder case has amended upcoming deadlines, but has, so far, not moved the scheduled July 10 trial date in the matter.

On Feb. 6, the District of Columbia Superior Court granted a motion to amend, extending the close of discovery by nearly one month, to April 7.

According to the order, the defendants’ expert reports, and supplemental expert reports, are due by March 13, while the deadline to depose the defendants’ experts is March 30.
