Oral Argument Scheduled in Appeal Involving Alleged Forum Shopping in Talc Suit

ST. LOUIS –– Oral argument has been scheduled in the appeal of an order granting a plaintiff’s voluntary motion to dismiss a talc-based powder exposure suit, after which the appellate court will decide whether the District Court erred when it did not address the question of whether the plaintiffs engaged in forum shopping by dismissing the case.
