One-Year Limitations Period Bars Judd Apatow’s Action Seeking Flood Coverage for Malibu Home

LOS ANGELES — A California federal judge has dismissed producer and writer Judd Apatow’s lawsuit seeking coverage for flood damage at his Malibu, Calif., home, ruling that he failed to comply with the one-year limitations period in his Standard Flood Insurance Policy.
