Missouri Court Refuses to Lift Stay Order in Talcum Powder Case; Says JPML Can Weigh in on Opposition to CTO

ST. LOUIS –– A Missouri federal court has declined to lift a stay implemented in a multi-plaintiff talcum powder case, saying that the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation is set to consider the plaintiffs’ opposition to the conditional transfer order.
