Plaintiffs Withdraw Opposition to Transfer to Talcum Powder MDL Docket

ST. LOUIS – Plaintiffs who had opposed transfer of their talcum powder claims to the recently established federal multidistrict litigation docket on grounds that the case would “linger for an indefinite period of time” have withdrawn their opposition, according to a recent order lifting the stay of a conditional transfer order.

In the Nov. 14 order, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri lifted the order and transferred the case to the District of New Jersey for inclusion in the coordinated pretrial proceedings before Hon. Freda L. Wolfson.
