LOS ANGELES –– Plaintiffs with claims pending in California’s coordinated docket for talcum powder claims have asked the court to hold a “science and liability day,” saying that good cause exists for a hearing to address scientific and medical evidence as it relates to liability, causation, and ovarian cancer.
