Conserve Hip Implant Appeal Scheduled for Oral Argument in 11th Circuit for Jan. 26

ATLANTA –– The appeal of a $2.1 million Conserve Hip Implant verdict has been scheduled for Jan. 26 before the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, according to the court’s online docket.

In a Nov. 21 docket entry, the 11th Circuit noted the date of the oral argument.

Wright filed the underlying appeal, asking the 11th Circuit to address whether it is entitled to judgment in its favor on all claims or a new trial, in part, on the ground that a second verdict reflected jury bias or confusion.
