DALLAS –– Plaintiffs involved in the ongoing DePuy Pinnacle Hip Implant trial have asked the court to compel the defendants to produce photographs and videotape taken of the plaintiffs prior to the trial, arguing that such surveillance could be distorted, misleading, and false.
