N.J. Woman’s Claims Dismissed From Mo. Taxotere Action; Case Stayed Pending Transfer

ST. LOUIS — A Missouri federal judge has dismissed claims asserted by a New Jersey woman against the makers of Taxotere for lack of jurisdiction, finding the complaint lacks facts to establish continuous and systematic contacts with Missouri to make defendants at home in that state.

On Oct. 25, Senior Judge E. Richard Webber of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri also stayed the action pending transfer to the Taxotere multidistrict litigation.
