PHOENIX — An Arizona appellate court has upheld a verdict rendered in favor of an insurer in a monsoon property damage action, ruling that the trial court did not abuse its discretion in barring the testimony of the plaintiff’s neighbor because the plaintiff did not timely disclose the witness.
