DALLAS –– Defendants involved in the next Pinnacle Hip Implant trial have asked the court to compel the plaintiffs to respond to requests for information on the number of cases pending in the multidistrict litigation docket, maintaining that the information is necessary in order for the defendants to establish that the plaintiffs should not be able to reference the number of pending cases at the upcoming trial.
