ERIE, Pa. –– A Pennsylvania federal court has issued a stipulated order of final dismissal in a benzene case, dismissing claims asserted by a machine operator for Erie Specialty Products who allegedly developed myelodysplastic syndrome as a result of benzene exposure.

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania filed the order on Aug. 24, two days after the parties filed a joint motion of final dismissal to dismiss “any and all claims in this matter with prejudice.”
