Oral Argument Not Necessary in Jurisdiction Dispute, Calif. Federal Judge Rules

SAN FRANCISCO — A California federal judge has determined that oral argument is not necessary to resolve whether a $1.5 million reinsurance dispute between R&Q Reinsurance Corp. and The American Insurance Co. belongs in California or should be tried in Pennsylvania.
