Next Pinnacle Hip Implant MDL Trials Pushed Back by 3 Weeks

DALLAS –– The next seven cases set to go before a jury in the national coordinated docket for DePuy Pinnacle hip implant claims will start trial on Sept. 26, according to a recently filed scheduling order, a delay of three weeks from the original trial setting issued last month.

In the July 15 scheduling order, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas stated that the seven cases will be ready for jury trial on Sept. 26, with jury selection starting on Sept. 19.
