Oklahoma Plaintiff Voluntarily Dismisses Imerys Talc, Personal Care Products Council from Talcum Powder Suit

OKLAHOMA CITY –– A plaintiff asserting talcum powder claims in Oklahoma has voluntarily dismissed Imerys Talc America Inc., and the Personal Care Products Council from his federal lawsuit, just weeks after both defendants sought to have the claims asserted against them thrown out on personal jurisdiction grounds.

The three-page notice of voluntarily dismissal as to the defendants was entered on July 19 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
