PHILADELPHIA — A Pennsylvania federal judge has dismissed claims asserted against a claims adjuster and two attorneys accused of conspiring to submit fraudulent claims to an insurer, ruling that the record is devoid of evidence that the defendants conspired to defraud the insurer.

On July 11, Judge Juan R. Sanchez of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania further found the insurer failed to prove that the defendants acted with malice.
