Yosemite Seeks Vacatur of Arbitration Award, Citing Arbitrator’s Failure to Disclose Past Representation

NEW YORK — Yosemite Insurance Co. is urging a New York federal court to vacate a reinsurance arbitration award, arguing that the umpire did not disclose his past representation of a reinsurer in an arbitration that involved a nearly identical treaty to the one at issue in the present dispute.
