MADISON, Wis. — Employers Insurance of Wausau and Continental Casualty Co. have resolved their dispute over appointment of an umpire to oversee a reinsurance arbitration, according to a recent court filing.

In a June 23 stipulation filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, the parties agreed to dismissal of the action without prejudice.
