7 Pinnacle Hip Implant MDL Cases Set for Trial in Texas on Sept. 6

DALLAS –– The judge overseeing the national coordinated docket for DePuy Pinnacle Hip Implant has selected seven cases to be prepared for a jury trial beginning on Sept. 6, “after considering the submissions of the parties and conducting its own review of potential bellwether selections.”

In the June 10 order, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas further said that, under the agreed order staying cases pending bellwether trials, all cases in the MDL should remain stayed pending a further order of the court.
