Ill. Federal Judge Remands Howmedica Hip Implant Action, Says Medical Defendants Not Misjoined

CHICAGO — An Illinois federal judge has remanded a hip implant lawsuit, ruling that the nondiverse healthcare defendants were not misjoined because the claims against them arise from the same transaction and involve common questions of law and fact.

On May 31, Judge Thomas M.
