11th Circuit Dockets Appeal of Post-Trial Order Reducing $11 Million Wright Conserve Hip Implant Case

ATLANTA –– The 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has docketed the appeal of a post-trial order issued by the MDL Court overseeing the national coordinated docket for Wright Medical Technology Inc.’s Conserve Hip Implant System, in which the court reduced an $11 million verdict to $2.1 million.

In a May 24 letter to counsel, the 11th Circuit said that the appeal had been docketed and that the parties must file certificates of interested persons and corporate disclosure statements within 14 days.
