N.J. Court Extends Discovery Deadline in Stryker Rejuvenate, ABGII Hip Implant Cases; Asks Counsel to Register Claims

HACKENSACK, N.J. –– The New Jersey court overseeing the coordinated docket for state claims relating to Stryker’s Rejuvenate and ABGII Modular Hip Implants has issued a Case Management Order in which it extended the discovery deadline for active cases until Sept. 30.

In a separate May 19 order regarding supplemental registration of cases and claims, the New Jersey Superior Court for Bergen County stated that “it was necessary to continue to identify and update all remaining, unresolved filed and unfiled claims relating to the ABGII Modular Neck Hip Stem or the Rejuvenate Modular Neck Hip Stem.”
