London Market Insurers Ordered to Produce Reinsurance Agreements in Environmental Coverage Dispute

NEW YORK — A group of London Market Insurers must produce all reinsurance agreements that relate to policies under which Amtrak is seeking indemnity in an environmental coverage action, a New York federal judge has ruled in denying the insurers’ motion for a protective order.
