Calif. Jury Reaches Defense Verdict for P.E. O’Hair at Conclusion of Take-Home Asbestos Exposure Trial

OAKLAND, Calif. –– A California jury has reached a defense verdict for P.E. O’Hair at the conclusion of a take-home asbestos exposure suit, during which the plaintiffs maintained that the decedent developed mesothelioma as a result of exposure to asbestos fibers brought home on her husband’s work clothing.

The California Superior Court for Alameda County reached its verdict on April 18, according to the court’s online docket. Judge Brad Seligman presided over the trial, which began on March 21.
