Calif. Court Grants Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Adjudication on Prima Facie Case in Acrylamide Coffee Suit

LOS ANGELES –– A California trial court has granted a plaintiff’s motion for summary adjudication of its prima facie case, ruling that the plaintiff has satisfied its burden of providing that there is no triable issue of fact as to whether the defendants intentionally exposed consumers to acrylamide in coffee.
