BILLINGS, Mont. — A Montana federal magistrate judge has transferred to New York federal court two discovery disputes in a lawsuit in which a reinsurer and its agent allege that they were bilked out of $9.3 million in a reinsurance scheme, explaining that the issuing court is in the best position to resolve the issues.
