COLUMBUS, Ohio –– The federal court overseeing the national coordinated docket for C-8 exposure personal injury claims has denied a defense motion to stay proceedings in the next three bellwether trials, saying that the more than 3,5000 plaintiffs have waited 15 years to have their claims heard and that it is not abnormal for an MDL Court to proceed with bellwether trials while an appellate court considers issues raised in the first bellwether trial.
