Whittaker Clark & Daniels Files Notice of Appeal Regarding Appellate Record in Asbestos Talc Exposure Case

NEW YORK –– Whittaker Clark & Daniels Inc. has filed a notice of appeal in an asbestos-containing talc exposure suit, indicating its intent to contest a decision by the trial court denying the defendant’s request that PowerPoint slides showed by plaintiffs’ counsel during opening and closing arguments be made part of the court record.

In the March 18 notice filed with the New York Supreme Court for New York County, Whittaker Clark & Daniels said that it intends to ask the Appellate Division, First Department, to review the matter.
