SOUTH BEND, Ind. –– The federal court overseeing the Biomet M2A Magnum Hip Implant national coordinated docket has weighed in on ongoing discovery disputes between the parties, opining in part that while the new plaintiffs’ steering committee didn’t comply with one of the court’s case management orders, it still has time to do so.

In the March 28 order, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana said that the issues arose from the second plaintiffs’ steering committee’s efforts to pick up discovery.
