NEW ORLEANS –– A benzene plaintiff whose claims were dismissed by a Louisiana federal court on grounds that the plaintiff failed to present admissible general causation expert testimony has filed a notice of appeal.

In the March 1 notice of appeal filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, the plaintiff indicated her intent to seek review from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
