Parties File Notices of Appeal in $5.7 Million Dispute Over Reinsurance for Asbestos Settlement

ALBANY, N.Y. — Following a New York federal judge’s award of summary judgment to Utica Insurance Co. in a dispute over reinsurance billings for an asbestos settlement, the parties have each notified the court that they are appealing its findings to the 2nd Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
