Durom Hip Cup Plaintiff’s Liaison Counsel Opposes Motion to Waive Common Benefit Fund Contribution

NEWARK, N.J. –– Plaintiffs’ liaison counsel involved in the national coordinated docket for Durom Hip Cup claims has opposed a recent motion to waive contribution to the common benefit fund, saying that the effort is “insulting” to the counsel and “is wholly oblivious to the larger context….”
