Parties Involved in Benzene-Related Admissibility Dispute Agree to Dismiss Appeal

DETROIT –– The 6th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has dismissed a benzene-related appeal with prejudice, one day after the parties filed a stipulation indicating that they had agreed to dismiss the proceedings.

In a joint stipulation filed Jan. 12 in the 6th Circuit, plaintiff Judith A. Hendrian and defendant Safety-Kleen Systems Inc. stated that they agreed to dismiss the appeal currently on file with the court with prejudice.
