DuPont Opposes Motion to Exclude Testimony in C-8 Exposure Case, Says Disclosure was Timely

COLUMBUS, Ohio –– DuPont has opposed a recent motion to exclude the opinions of its experts in a C-8 exposure personal injury case, saying that the disclosure of the testimony was timely since it was submitted in response to new testimony proffered by the plaintiffs.
In an opposition brief filed Jan. 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, DuPont argues that the supplemental opinions challenged by the plaintiffs were timely tendered since they “directly rebut the new opinions” of expert Dr. Michael Siegel.
