Plaintiffs Asserting Personal Injury PCBs Exposure Claims Move to Remand Case

ST. LOUIS –– Plaintiffs asserting PCBs exposure claims have moved to remand their case, saying that the named defendant does not act under the direction of the U.S. Government simply by participating in a “highly regulated industry or activity.”

In a Jan. 11 motion filed with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the plaintiffs maintained that defendant Pharmacia was not a government contractor.
