TRENTON, N.J. –– Plaintiffs involved in a dispute over a reduction in the Durom Hip Cup Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation Common Benefit Fund have filed a reply brief that takes issue with Zimmer’s response, saying it has no involvement in the matter.

In the Jan. 20 reply brief filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the plaintiffs’ liaison counsel says Zimmer has written a response “at their client’s expense.”
