WASHINGTON, D.C. — Counsel for a reinsurer that was engaged in a London arbitration against a defense contractor’s captive insurer is seeking reconsideration of a ruling denying his motion to modify a protective order shielding documents produced by the U.S. Navy.

In a Jan. 8 motion filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Donald C. Holmes asked the court to hold a hearing on certain factual issues in the action.
