TRENTON, N.J. –– Defendants involved in the Durom Hip Cup Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation have opposed an appeal brought by plaintiffs’ liaison counsel, saying that they have made multiple omissions and misstatements to support its position that the court should overrule the reduction of the Common Benefit Fund.
