Puerto Rican Federal Court Issues Order on In Limine Motions in Benzene Case

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico –– A Puerto Rican federal court has issued an order addressing a number of in limine motions, ruling in part that the plaintiffs cannot make reference to constituents of SK 105 not alleged to have caused the plaintiff’s injury, but can rely on testimony to support their claims of future medical expenses and alleged benzene-CMLA causation.

The U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico issued its findings in a Jan. 8 order.
