Durom Hip Cup Plaintiffs Ask Court to Certify Lexecon Waiver Order for Interlocutory Appeal

TRENTON, N.J. –– Certain plaintiffs with claims pending in the Zimmer Durom Hip Cup Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation docket have filed a motion asking the court to certify for interlocutory appeal an order that found that the plaintiffs had waived their venue rights.

In the Nov. 24 motion filed with the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the plaintiffs maintained that the court’s holding raises both practical and legal issues.
