MADISON, Wis. - Whether an insured's delay in giving timely notice of an asbestos-exposure claim to its insurance carrier is reasonable is a question for the jury, the Wisconsin Court of Appeals has ruled in reversing a trial court's summary judgment in favor of the carrier. Sybron et al. v. Security Insurance Co. of Hartford et al., No. 99-3050 (Wis. Ct. App.).
