PHILADELPHIA-The manufacturers' response to a DES products liability complaint states that the plaintiffs faile to state a claim upon which relief can be granted and that any alleged injuries were caused by the improper use of the product. Bonello v. Eli Lilly & Co., No. 02-CV-07186 (E.D. Pa.).
