ASR Hip Implant Parties Schedule More Depositions of DePuy Execs

TOLEDO, Ohio - Parties to the DePuy ASR hip implant multidistrict litigation are continuing to file notices and cross-notices of upcoming depositions of executives for DePuy Orthopaedics Inc. and Johnson & Johnson affiliates. In re: DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc. ASR Hip Implant Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:10-md-2197-DAK (N.D. Ohio).

Most of the scheduled oral and videotaped questioning will take place over the next several weeks at the Fort Wayne, Ind., offices of Barnes & Thornburgh LLP, according to notices filed in March.
