DePuy Counters Va. Hip Implant Plaintiff 's Bid to Vacate Transfer to Pinnacle MDL

ROANOKE, Va. - DePuy Orthopaedics Inc. has answered a Virginia hip implant plaintiff's motion to vacate a conditional order transferring the case to the Pinnacle Hip Implant MDL in Texas, citing the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation's previous rejections of such pleas. Robinson v. DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., et al., No. 3:12-cv-00003 (W.D. Va.).

DePuy filed its opposition brief with the JPML March 7, responding to a motion submitted by plaintiff Dennis Robinson on Feb. 15.
