California Judge Signs Protective Order in Coordinated DePuy ASR Hip Cases

SAN FRANCISCO - The California judge overseeing that state's coordinated DePuy ASR hip implant docket has signed an order proposed by plaintiffs and defendants to prevent the inadvertent disclosure of trade secrets and privileged information in discovery. In re: DePuy ASRâ„¢ Hip System Cases, No. JCCP 4649 (Calif. Super. Ct., San Francisco Cty.).

San Francisco Superior Court Judge Richard A. Kramer signed the order Jan. 18, after it was signed and submitted by liaison counsel for both sides.
