NEWARK, N.J. - A federal magistrate judge has granted motions to reduce the common benefit fund assessments against two plaintiffs in the Zimmer Durom Cup multidistrict litigation who maintained that they litigated and settled without significant assistance from other counsel. Allen v. Zimmer Holdings Inc., No. 2:10-cv-02772; Conte v. Zimmer Holdings Inc., et al., No. 2:10-cv-02774 (D. N.J.).
