WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has reinstated a stay that was lifted in November to allow transfer of a DePuy ASR hip implant case to the MDL in Ohio, acknowledging that it improperly served counsel with notice of the order. Stuhlmiller, et al. v. DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., et al., No. 1:11-00958 (W.D. N.Y.).
